Deviant Innovation Under the Perspective of Emotion: Moderating Effect #br# of Deviant Admiration

摘要: 越轨创新是个体私下进行的创新行为,伴随着风险性高和收益性高的特点,在“双创”时代逐渐受到学者和管理者的重视。本研究通过积极情绪(中介效应)和越轨钦佩(调节作用)探索员工越轨创新行为的形成机制,对306份样本数据进行实证检验。结果显示:基于优势的心理氛围正向影响员工越轨创新行为,积极情绪在基于优势的心理氛围与越轨创新之间起部分中介作用;越轨钦佩正向调节积极情绪与越轨创新之间的关系。本研究旨在有效提示员工越轨创新行为的发生机制,为越轨创新提供新的研究视角,并对员工创新管理提供新的实践启示。

Abstract: Deviant innovation, as an individuals innovative behavior with the characteristics of high risk and high profit, is arousing the attention of scholars and managers in the advocating period of “mass innovation”. Therefore, the formation mechanism of employees deviant innovation behavior is explored through positive emotion (mediating effect) and deviant admiration (moderating effect). 306 effective questionnaires are empirically verified. Conclusions are shown as follows: strengths-based psychological climate has a positive effect on deviant innovation; positive emotion plays a mediating role on the relationship between strengths-based psychological climate and deviant innovation; deviant admiration has a positive moderating effect on the relationship between positive emotion and deviant innovation. The research effectively reveals the occurrence mechanism of employees deviant innovation behavior, and provides a new theoretical perspective and practical inspiration for the innovation management of employees.
