摘要: 中国传统文化作为历史的积淀,精华与糟粕并存,对新时期企业文化的建构产生双向影响。汲取精华,剔除糟粕,是企业文化建设必须正视和解决的课题。

Abstract: There are cream and dross in our national culture. So there is a reversible influence of our national culture on the culture of enterprises. Cultivating corporate culture should draw the cream and get rid of the dross.
