 Common prosperity of spiritual life is the inherent requirement of achieving common prosperity in the new era, and it is also an important issue faced by ideological and political education. With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technologies, intelligent ideological and political education plays an increasingly obvious role in people’s spiritual life. Common prosperity of spiritual life not only means individuals’ having a rich and abundant spiritual world, but also reflects that people jointly create, jointly build and jointly enjoy the fruits of spiritual and cultural development. Because intelligent ideological and political education and promotion of common prosperity of spiritual life are cohesive in the aspects of value subject, value goal, value function, and the way of value, intelligent ideological and political education has significant functional advantages in the process of promoting common prosperity of spiritual life for all. The problems that hinder the function of intelligent ideological and political education and impede common prosperity of spiritual life must be seriously researched and solved, making the high-quality development of intelligent ideological and political education enhance common prosperity of spiritual life.

 The rapid development of artificial intelligence generated content (AIGC) has brought unprecedented and revolutionary experience for human production and life, while promoting the continuous innovation of the AI industry, it is also necessary to face up to the various types of risks arising from this technology. In the past two years, the amount of deepfake content driven by generative technologies has been increasing, and the audiovisual manipulation of the public by technological manipulators through false information has gradually become a severe challenge that needs to be addressed in today’s society. Based on the theory of information manipulation, a comprehensive theoretical framework covering “motive-process-result” is constructed. Under this framework, a detailed and in-depth discussion is made on the key dimensions of manipulators’ motives, means, communication channels, audience weaknesses and real-world impacts of audiovisual manipulation by means of deepfake technology, and the internal mechanisms of the whole process of deepfake has been comprehensively revealed. On this basis, targeted governance strategies from three aspects of agile governance, technological innovation and global co-governance are proposed.

 In the era of digital economy, organizations need to invest a lot of resources in developing employees’ digital skills to maintain a competitive advantage; however, organizations face the risk of employee turnover when they succeed in developing highly-skilled employees. This paradox between talent cultivation and talent turnover has not been properly resolved for a long time. The study aims to provide new perspectives to solve this problem by predicting whether employees will leave and constructing a portrait of retained employees through machine learning techniques with the help of XGBoost model and K-means cluster analysis. The study is based on the voluntary redundancy model and is conducted by using an open source employee turnover dataset containing 19,158 sample points on the Kaggle data analytics platform. The study shows: (1) There are four types of retained employee portraits, including entry-level, women with arts-business-humanities background, senior-stability, and opportunity-chasing; (2) Employee screening plans and training strategies are proposed based on the four types. The findings reveal the potential of machine learning techniques in building accurate employee retention prediction models, which are of theoretical reference and practical guidance for organizations to screen employees with training value before implementing digital skill training and to make scientific employee retention decisions.

To understand the impacts of information related to different products in the live-streaming environment on consumer’s trust and purchase intention, conclusions are drawn from the domestic survey questionnaires and structural equation model analysis. (1) Information regarding quality, usage and comment of the experience product has a significant positive impact on consumer’s trust in live streamers. However, product information does not have a significant impact on consumer’s trust in this type of product. Only trust in live streamers has a significant positive effect on consumer’s purchase intention. (2) Information related to manufacturer, usage and comment of the search product has a significant positive impact on consumer’s trust in live streamers. Specifically, usage information has a significant positive impact on consumer’s trust in the product. Both types of trust as well as product quality information significantly influence consumer’s purchase intention. (3) The production-related information and preferential policies of both types of products do not have a significant impact on consumer’s trust towards either live streamers or products themselves. Therefore, live streamers should focus on information about product quality, usage, and evaluation, and avoid excessive promotion of production information and preferential policies.

 Based on the panel data of 279 prefecture-level cities in China from 2011 to 2022, the impact of data element flow environment suitability on regional economic growth and its mechanism are empirically tested. The research results indicate that, firstly, data element flow environment suitability has a significant positive impact on regional economic growth. Secondly, the upgrading of employment structure and industrial structure plays a significant mediating role between data element flow environment suitability and regional economic growth. Finally, further research has found that at the increasing quantile of regional economic growth, the impact of data element flow environment suitability on regional economic growth is continuously strengthening. The research results are expected to provide important support for theoretical research on data elements and policy-making for economic development in the future.

 China attaches great importance to the development of the real economy. In the Central Financial Work Conference, it was stressed again that finance must serve the real economy, and finance should provide high-quality services for economic and social development. Under the background of the rapid development of financial technology, ways and means of financial services for the real economy have been constantly innovated and improved, which has injected new vitality into the development of the real economy. The panel data in China’s 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) from 2012 to 2021 is selected to conduct a systematic empirical test on the impact of financial technology on the efficiency of finance in supporting the real economy. The findings are as follows. Financial technology significantly improves the efficiency of finance in supporting the real economy; Financial regulation is included in the model, and it is found that financial regulation has a positive moderating effect on the relationship between financial technology and the efficiency of finance in supporting the real economy; Financial technology plays a more significant role in improving the efficiency of finance in supporting the real economy in eastern regions and regions with higher financial development levels. The research provides theoretical basis and empirical evidence for promoting the development of financial technology, improving the efficiency of finance in supporting the real economy and implementing appropriate financial regulation.

 With the gradual clarification of the top-level design for the utilization of public data, attention has been shifted to underdeveloped public data resources, which has accelerated the exploration of public data authorized operation models. However, there is currently no standardized model in the early stage of development of public data authorized operation. Data islands, security risks, and high operational costs also limit the release of public data value to some extent. In contrast, diversified and flexible data intermediaries can play different roles in public data operation. They can break data monopolies in different regions and industries through public data trusts, reduce data circulation costs among regions and departments through data marketplaces, and enhance data trust through public data cooperatives in order to ensure public data authorized operation for public welfare. The application of diversified data intermediaries in the practice of public data authorized operation is of great significance to improvement of the operation model, activation of public data resources, and promotion of the development of  digital economy. 

The emergence of generative artificial intelligence (AI) such as ChatGPT marks a new stage of development of AI technology, bringing automatic generation of invention back to the forefront. The traditional inventor system, which regards an inventor as a natural person, denies the inventor qualification of AI, which will lead to the integrity crisis of patent applications and the proliferation of low-quality patents generated by AI. In the era of generative AI, inventor qualifications, patent ownership rules, patent examination standards and the principle of honesty will be challenged to some extent. The reform of the inventor system is urgently needed to respond to the collective nature of modern invention and the needs of the AI industry, to motivate investment in innovation, to promote technological disclosure, and to uphold the principle of honesty. The reform should shift from motivating inventors to motivating investment in terms of concept; in terms of form, it should introduce guidelines for AI authorship to honestly indicate the contribution of AI to the creation of invention; and in terms of practice, it should formulate guidelines for the examination of AI-independent invention, and scientifically build an examination system exclusive to AI-independent invention.

 Cyberbullying is characterized by hiddenness and high incidence, and it is difficult to cope with cyberbullying by the traditional school bullying governance model. Algorithmic governance, as the specific application of situational criminology in cyberspace and the representative method of modern governance, has the advantages of high efficiency, precision and prediction, and can effectively solve the problem of cyberbullying. Therefore, on the basis of maximizing the interests of minors, it is necessary to take a series of measures to establish and improve the algorithmic governance system of cyberbullying among minors, from aspects of implementing Regulations to Protect Minors in Cyberspace, clarifying nulti-governance and avoiding algorithmic risks, in order to build a safe and harmonious network environment, to safeguard the lawful rights and interests of minors, and to provide strong protection for the healthy growth of minors. 

The international community generally adopts a stance of “immunity as the rule, liability as the exception” regarding the indirect infringement by Internet service providers. While existing legislation in China can serve the function of immunity, it is not strictly an immunity regime. This is mainly due to imposing a general duty of care on Internet service providers and making joint liability the legal consequence of breaching this duty. Following the logic of immunity does not mean providing Internet service providers with more opportunities to shirk responsibility. On the contrary, through a “digital good Samaritan” mechanism, the immunity regime encourages Internet service providers to voluntarily participate in the governance of the Internet ecosystem, thus creating a more flexible policy space for them. When determining the subjects of immunity, it is advisable to limit their scope to Internet service providers which engage in intermediary services and to use “material contribution” rather than “editorial function” as the criteria for losing immunity eligibility. Finally, it is recommended that China should establish a vertical immunity standard based on the different nature of online content and Internet services.
