Abstract: This article analyses some features of the supply chain and its management, and indicates the relation between modern logistics and supply chain, thus putting forward a proposal that the China Post should apply the logistics services as its development strategy. So, an analysis of the necessities and feasibilities of postal logistics is provided, but some kinks should be resolved. At last a series of helpful solutions are advanced from the viewpoint of enterprise reengineering and the third party terminal services.
