摘要： 本文就高校扩招后如何明确和树立正确的教育观问题系统地阐述了“以人为本”的教育哲学观、多样化的教育质量观、育人为本的教育目的观和创造过程的教育过程观等问题。

Abstract: This paper puts forward how to foster right educational ideas when the enrollment is extended in colleges and universities in China. These ideas include: educational philosophy idea that human beings are taken as the dominant factor; diversified educational quality idea; educational target idea that aims at the breeding up of human beings; educational process idea that pays attention to creation.
