Abstract: Keeping pace with the evolution of the university management mode, the reform of the supporting service and facilities is developing towards commercialization by means of enterprise management. To establish a modern enterprise system, it′s necessary for the supporting service and facilities to meet the needs of markets and be of the basic features of modern enterprise.
