Abstract: It′s necessary for universities to regulate the management mode of their enterprises, establish a platform for the enterprises to operate, settle the property rights and develop the management system. The enterprises should be the market entities of limited liability that can operate independently, make profit, repay the debt, pay taxes complying with the law and have the ability to maintain and increase the value.
