Abstract: The moral remoulding, which takes the booming economy as the material basis, the completeness of democracy and legality as the system guaranty, the popularity of education as the culture guaranty, focuses on remoulding a person and restoring the moral belief, the confidence in himself and the trust in the society. Only by establishing moral belief in the mind can the high speed and effective remoulding of morality be ensured. Then, man can surpass mundane reality and reach lofty realm.
