摘要： 网上拍卖日渐火爆。然而网上拍卖法律的真空状态也使网上拍卖是非难断 ,相关案件叠出。本文将对这些问题进行分析并提出相应的对策。

Abstract: Auction in internet has already become the effective way to make consumers accept on line service with the development of IT industry. However, it is thrown into confusion and improper management because of the lagging of lawmaking. This paper puts forward some suggestions to improve this situation
