摘要: 职业经理人对企业的经营和发展至关重要。近年来 ,一些职业经理人的流失已给相关企业带来了严重的负面影响。本文分析了职业经理人的人力资本特征 ,探讨了其流失的原因 ,并提出了相应的防范对策。

Abstract: The professional managers are very important to t he management and development of an enterprise. In recent years, the drain of some professional managers has exerted the severe unfavorable influence on the relative enterprises .This essay analyses the characteristics of the human capital of professional managers and also approaches the reason for the drain . In the end, some corresponding precautions are proposed against it.
