摘要: 2003年初,“小灵通”一再突破信息产业部的政策底线,以星火燎原之势席卷神州大地。文章借鉴波特“五力模型”对小灵通市场进行竞争力学分析,以探究小灵通成功背后的深层原因;最后提出小灵通的“市场竞争力”模型。
