摘要: :邮政构建商业化模式是各国邮政改革的重要方向。本文在分析邮政领域发生在业务、管制和网络层面变革的基础上,提出了中国邮政的改革方向,并对于解决商业化和普遍服务之间的矛盾进行了初步探索。基于上述的分析,提出了邮政商业化的发展道路和可实现的发展模式。

Abstract: The establishment of commercial mode for posts is one of the main tendencies of postal reform in the world• Based on the analysis of changes happening in the present post area at three levels : service innovation , regulation reform and postal network upgrading, the road of reform for China Post to follow is suggested The article also discusses how to deal with the contradiction between commercialization and obligation services Based on the above mentioned analyses , the road to commercial mode and the realizable mode of development of commercialization for China Post are put forward at last•
