地区邮政企业市场竞争力的影响因素分析

摘要: 入世以来,面对竞争对手的涌现和壮大,中国邮政面临着巨大的压力和严峻的挑战,各个地方的邮政企业也投身于激烈的市场竞争。本文应用解释结构模型法,以西安市邮政局为例,在构建市场竞争力关键要素系统结构模型的基础上,对其进行布尔运算和可达矩阵的分解,得出相应的结构矩阵和多级递阶结构模型图;初步探讨了影响地区邮政企业市场竞争力的各要素,指出企业文化是其中关键要素,并为地区邮政企业在提高市场竞争力过程中应该注意的工作重点提供了理论依据。

Abstract: Since China’s entering the WTO, confronting more and more strong competitors, China Post faces enormous pressure and severe challenges. Many local branches of China Post have to throw themselves into fierce market competition. Based on the establishment of structural model, this thesis takes Xi’an Post Bureau as an example, and by the methods of Boolean operations and reachable matrix, it gets corresponding structural matrix and the Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) of local postal enterprises’ competitive power. In the end, the thesis analyzes the factors influencing local postal enterprises’ competitive power and points out that corporation culture is the key factor. This thesis offers theoretical foundation for a better performance of local postal enterprises in competition.
