Abstract: From the angle of interconnection and intercommunication, on the basis of comparison the similarities and differences between mobile networks and fixed networks, this paper analyses several key factors that affect mobile operating costs, such as the major costs of mobile networks, the influence of called payment and calling payment of interconnection costs, and the expansion costs of mobile networks. This paper also presents the cost model of mobile networks.
