摘要: 当代组织中存在着日益复杂的内部关系网,多数领导者都要同时扮演"领导"和"下属"的双重角色,他们必须处理好上行和下行关系;本文着重论述了向上领导(建立和维护上行关系)的必要性、关键点以及主要策略,希望借此引起实践者对相关问题的关注,并不断积累经验性实践证明,为该理论的进一步研究和发展提供依据。

Abstract: With the increasing complexity of inner relationship network in contemporary organizations, most leaders have to act not only as a follower but also as a leader. Therefore, it is quite necessary for them to deal well with the upward and downward relationship at the same time.
