高校合并中的文化冲突、整合与创新

摘要: 高校合并后的整合管理能否达到1+1>2的协同效应,主要取决于办学思想、大学文化、学科专业、组织制度以及人力资源等许多重要而复杂的界面影响,其中,尤以文化的整合最为直接和突出。因此,整合管理在具体的运作过程中必须把文化的整合放在重要位置,依靠科学,减少冲突,坚持创新,做到有序、有效,以实现资源的合理配置,提高教育质量和办学效益。

Abstract: The important and complicated factors including the idea of university management, culture, specialty, organization system& human resources mainly decide if the coordinated efficacy of“1+1>2”can be obtained after the merger of colleges and universities. The universities’ culture merger is the most prominent and most important.Thus, cultural merger and management must be put in the important place. In order to improve educational qualities and results, and realize rational resources assignment and management, we must depend on science, reduce conflict and insist on creation、order and validity.
