摘要： 程序价值理论经过了由程序工具主义向本位主义的过渡,越来越多的学者关注于程序的内在价值,但尚未对其中的个别价值进行过详细论述和系统研究。和平价值作为一个基本价值,有社会学、法理学、经济学的理论作为其理论基础,包括了程序规范的和平和程序运作的和平。

Abstract: The theory of process value transits from the theory of procedure instrumentalism to the procedure centralism. More and more scholars pay attention to the independent value of procedure, but few of them make the system study of the specific value. Process value, as the basic value of the procedure, is of the basis of sociology, jurisprudence and economics, including the peacefulness of procedure provision and procedure operation.
