摘要： 目前,关于物权法中是否要规定典权制度,存在肯定说和否定说两种观点。笔者同意肯定说,认为我国物权法中应规定典权制度,并阐述了相应的理由。

Abstract: There are two kinds of opinions on the legislation of pawning right in the law of rights over things. The author agrees that the pawning right system should be established in the law of rights over things in China and states the corresponding reasons in this paper.
