Abstract: Who are the shareholders of a company? The question seems simple but there are a series of problems and conflict in practice. The main reason is that the Corporate Law does not clearly stipulate the standard of the affirmation of a shareholder’s qualifications. This article lists a number of general principles and methods for the affirmation of the qualifications of a shareholder through theoretical and practical analyses.
