摘要: 移动流失客户的挽留价值判断是客户流失管理中的一个难点,也是企业在实际运营中关心的重要问题。本文对移动通信流失客户挽留价值如何估算进行了探讨,为企业实现资源的合理配置和投入产出的最大化提供了科学的判别依据。

Abstract: With more and more emphases put on the management of lossing customers in mobile communication, how
to estimate the detaining value of the customers has become a difficult matter, and whether the detaining policy can
bring revenue or not is also important•Aiming at the situation, the authors design a detaining value model of lossing
customers in mobile communication, which can provide a scientific support for the resources distribution and the real-
ization of the input-output maximum•
