Abstract: Operation efficiency is one of the key indicators of the competitive ability of an enterprise•As a majorway
to improve the operation efficiency, CAPEX control has become a hot topic followedwith interest by our telecommuni-
cation enterprises in recent years•This paper both shows the reasons for our telecommunication enterprises higher
CAPEX compared with that in advanced countries and analyzes the potential risks in current CAPEX control methods•
In the end, the paper puts forward several suggestions for our telecommunication enterprises CAPEX control•
