Abstract: The surplus of the capital of postal savings of our country is increasing at high speed at present and the change in the policy impels the capital of postal savings to move towards the stock market so the brand-new capital operation model must be found. Here in the article, the author first analyzes the meaning of the entry of the capital of postal savings into the stock market directly and then discusses about the change taking place in postal savings allocation and the impact on the development of capital markets of our country after its direct entry into the market.
