摘要: 信誉体系建设和监管改革是当前我国电信行业的热点问题。本文提出了电信企业信誉评级体系的内涵,剖析了该体系及以其为基础进行分级管理的重要意义,并初步构建了电信企业信誉评级体系。

Abstract: The construction and regulation reform of credit systems are the hot spots in current telecom industry. This article presents the connotation of this system, and analyses the significance of this system and classified regulation on credit grades. At last, it puts forward the skeleton of the credit rating system for telecom enterprises.
