摘要: 本文对国内外电子商务条件下消费者购买决策影响因素的主要研究成果进行了回顾与评论。影响网络消费者购买决策的主要个体因素包括态度、满意度、情绪、感知的风险与购物导向等, 环境因素包括: 价格、品牌、网站设计、信任等。文章还对未来的研究重点进行了展望。

Abstract: The article reviews the main result of the study of the factors influencing buying decisions made by online shoppers. The main individual factors are : attitude , satisfaction , mood , perceived risk and shopping intention. The main situational factors are : price , brand , web design and trust . Finally , the article outlines the main point for the future study.
