摘要/Abstract

摘要： 约束机制是社会信用体系中的重要机制,也是诚信得以存在的前提。本文分析了社会信用体系中的约束机制,提出除了法律机制和声誉机制,还应该包括信息约束机制。文章还剖析了社会信用体系中的信息特性,提出了信息约束机制的结构和建设的载体形式。

Abstract: Credit restraint mechanism plays an essential role in the establishment of social credit system. This paper analyses the restraint mechanism of the social credit system, it puts forward the opinion that the information restraint mechanism is one of the credit restraint mechanisms besides the law mechanism and reputation mechanism, and analyses the characters of information of the social credit information and the framework of the information restraint mechanism.
