摘要： 本文采用系统工程的投入产出法,利用合并为18部门的1992年度、1995年度、1997年度、2000年度、2002年度5张投入产出表(电信业被单独剥离出来),计算出电信业的中间需求率与中间投入率;同时结合以50%的中间投入率和50%的中间需求率为分界线而建立的"综合考察中间需求率与中间投入率划分不同产业群"判断方法,用定量的方式清晰地勾画出了电信业在国民经济中地位的演变规律:电信业已逐步从中间产品型基础产业演变为最终需求基础产业。该结论也从某个角度为电信业转型提供了定量的依据。

Abstract: Based on the input-output method of system engineering,the paper calculates the intermediate demand rate as well as the intermediate input rate of China s telecom industry through analyzing 5 input-output tables of the years of 1992,1995,1997,2000 and 2002 that have merged into 18 sectors(when the telecom industry was separated from the 5 input-output tables).Besides,in a combination of the method"Categorize industry clusters with reference to both the intermediate demand rate and the intermediate input rat...
