摘要： 随着我国大学规模的不断扩大，专业的不断增加，并且伴随着IT技术的快速发展，建立数字化校园URP系统显得极为重要。采用企业资源计划中的约束理论来解决当前大学校园信息化建设过程中出现的资源使用问题，结合大学日常运作的特点，提出了大学资源计划的系统模型、科研支持平台以及网络教学支持平台的构建模式，从而实现了大学资源的最佳组合与有效使用。建立URP系统可以最大限度的提高学校的办公效率和资源利用率。

Abstract: Along with the expansion of the university scale in China and the addition of specialty, the necessity to construct a university resource planning on digital campus becomes more important with the fast development of information technology. The architecture of the university resource planning system is designed to solve the problems of the resource utilization in university information construction. With the theory of construction of enterprise resource planning, architecture of the university resource planning system is presented considering the characteristics of university operation and management. The construction of university resource planning system can maximize the efficiency of the university administration and resource utilization.
