Abstract: Based on an empirical research, the article formulates an overall evaluating indicator system for training liberal arts graduate students in universities of science and engineering characterized by information technology and telecommunications. The system is applied in evaluating the education model of liberal arts graduate students in a university featuring information technology and telecommuniations, for the purpose of enhancing the training model.
