摘要：

澳大利亚是垃圾邮件立法比较完善的国家之一，通过分析澳大利亚垃圾邮件规制现状，提炼出：垃圾邮件的内涵明确、范围广泛；对垃圾邮件规制严厉，侧重保护公民个人的利益；监管机构专业，职责全面明确等特点。在此基础上，对我国反垃圾邮件立法提出了一些建议。
