Abstract:

The vulgarization occurs in the current network cultural development, especially existing in online communities characterized by Internet users’ autonomous posting. This phenomenon greatly reduces the quality of new media, and seriously pollutes cultural environment of the network. On the basis of analysis of vulgarization from the government, media, Internet users and other points of view, this paper puts forward the establishment of long-term management mechanism to resist network indecent content from the aspects of government, web self-discipline, social supervision, technology application, and universal literacy in order to clean network cultural environment, ensure the orientation of development of China’s advanced culture, and establish “human network symbiosis”, the harmonious network cultural environment.
