摘要：

研究了动态能力及其在战略管理过程中的实现问题，并提出了企业战略过程中需要重视内部环境，系统构建了企业内部环境研究与控制机制。通过区分战略不同阶段资源，在Preble的融入危机管理的战略过程模型基础上，尝试构建一个基于动态能力的战略管理过程模型，从综合考虑企业内外部环境的视角出发，提出基于动态能力的战略管理过程模型。

Abstract:

This paper studies the dynamic capability and its implementation in strategic management process and suggests the necessity for enterprises to emphasize its internal environment, of which this paper presents a research and control mechanism. By distinguishing resources of different strategic stages and considering the external and internal environment from the perspective of enterprises, it proposes an integrating dynamic capability strategic management process model. The model is based on Preble’s research in which he integrated crisis management into strategic management process.
