论“网络水军”的影响力

摘要:

近年来,一系列网络红人,经过网络群体传播,引起大众传媒的关注,继而成为公众舆论的热点议题。“美国军方网络水军”尤为引人关注。本文以“网络水军”为研究线索,探讨“网络水军”的出现及其活动规律,进而探析网络水军、网络炒作的内在联系,认识“网络水军”的优势、价值与负面影响。在关注网络舆论、媒体舆论与公众舆论的特殊性、差异性的同时,明确传统媒体在新媒体时代的“社会监督”功能与职责,对网络事件进行适当的舆论导引。

Abstract:

In recent years, the cyber world has witnessed the rising of “network navy”, which led web celebrities to the centre of mass media And “US Military Network Navy” is especially highly concerned by the world This paper, using “network navy” as a clue, discusses the emergence and features of “network navy”, subsequently analyzes the relationship between “network navy” and the Internet hype, and clarifies its strengths, values and drawbacks While focusing on the distinctiveness and differences in the network, media and public opinions, this paper aims at demonstrating traditional media’s function and responsibility of social supervision and proper manipulation of the public opinions of web events
