Abstract:

The potential-motivation matrix is assessed by two sets of variables: deviation degree of electricity consumption per unit of telecom volume and proportion of electricity saving This paper, adopting principal component analysis and hierarchical clustering analysis, divides branch companies into four categories according to their energy saving potential and motivation The quota distribution model of energy conservation is built by nonparametric tests, regression analysis, distribution of electricity consumption per unit of telecom volume and electricity saving quota distribution model Twenty-one branch companies’ data of a telecom operator of a province is analyzed and calculated, and different quotas are given according to the four categories
