摘要:

从电信运营企业的视角出发,聚焦集团客户市场,通过对影响集团客户采纳移动业务的因素研究和模型构建,提出电信运营企业集团客户移动业务推广策略,为电信运营企业的实际工作提供科学的理论指导和评价工具。

Abstract:

From the perspective of telecom operators and focusing on the group clients, the factors affecting group clients’ adoption of mobile services are studied and the evaluation model is built. Then marketing strategies for telecom operators to promote mobile services are put forward, which provides the scientific theoretical guidance and assessment tool for the actual work of telecom operators.
