摘要/Abstract

摘要： 立足电信运营企业新业务发展，探讨电信运营企业基于移动互联网的新业务发展综合评估方法。主要研究了电信新业务发展潜力评估指标体系的构建和应用模糊综合评价方法对电信新业务发展潜力进行量化评估，得出了评估电信新业务发展具有理论探索与实际应用参考价值的方法。

关键词: 电信新业务, 模糊评价, 评估方法

Abstract: A comprehensive method to assess telecom new services of telecom operators based on mobile Internet is discussed The construction of an indicator system for assessing telecom new service development and the application of an evaluation method based on the fuzzy evaluation to the telecom new service evaluation are mainly researched, and the method has theoretical implication and practical application for the development of telecom new services.
