Abstract: The influencing factors of individual user’s evaluation of quality of experience (QoE) in the mobile cloud computing environment are explored, and based on mobile cloud computing, individual user’s QoE evaluation influencing factor model is constructed. By using the structural equation to test the model, the proposed three aspects of the hypothesis are verified. Research results point out that in the individual user’s perception evaluation of the mobile cloud computing, positive core factors are performance expectation and social influence; that negative core factors are perceived cost and perceived risk. The research can help cloud computing providers serve individual user better.
