摘要: 微信作为目前最受欢迎的社群媒体受到越来越多学者的关注,但以往研究更多关注微信的本体、功能和应用,忽视了与微信使用相关的实证研究。引入沟通质量、工作中断和信任作为中介变量,对微信使用和员工关系绩效的影响关系进行了分析。研究结果表明,微信使用与关系绩效及其两个维度人际促进和工作奉献呈显著影响关系,同时验证了沟通质量和信任在微信使用和关系绩效中所起的中介作用。

Abstract: As one of the popular social media, we-chat has got the attention of many scholars, but previous studies focused more on the ontology, function and application of we-chat The impact of we-chat using on contextual performance and the mediating effects of communication quality, work interruption and trust in the process are discussed The results show that we-chat using is significantly correlated with contextual performance and its two dimensions (interpersonal promotion and job dedication)It also shows that communication quality and trust mediate the relationship between we-chat using and contextual performance
