摘要: 当前网络文化生态建设面临官民舆论对立、主流文化缺乏号召力、商业化严重、网络道德建设不足等突出问题。其产生的根源是多方面的,如转型期的现实国情、网络传播自身的特点、商业力量的推动、公共文化网络化建设、政府监管以及网民素质等。对此,需要探讨切实可行的建设对策,如理顺管理机制、加强主流文化阵地建设、遏制过分商业化、加强公共文化服务的网络化建设以及积极提升网民素养、加强媒介教育、开展网络文化批评等。

Abstract: Cybercultural ecology faces many serious problems currently, such as opposing public opinions, the weakening of mainstream culture, over-commercialization and the insufficiency of network ethics The problems are rooted in many aspects including the reality of the transition period, the characteristics of network transmission, the promotion of commercial power, the construction of public cultural network, government supervision and the manner of Internet users The corresponding countermeasures are put forward including rationalizing management mechanism, strengthening the construction of the mainstream culture, restraining the impact of over-commercialization, strengthening the construction of public cultural service network and carrying out the cybercultural criticism
