摘要:

从电子教学档案袋功能局限于教学评价的问题入手,提出了基于教研项目的高校教师教学发展电子档案袋设计思路。该研究设计出了涵盖教师学习、工作以及教学研究全部信息的内容架构,给出了教师电子档案袋应用于教研项目运行全流程的整体结构模型。通过教学实践中的应用,事实证明该新型教师教学发展电子档案袋有助于教研项目的过程性评价,而且有利于高校教师的教学发展。

Abstract:

The research on the role of electronic teaching portfolio is always limited to teaching evaluation, so the ePortfolio design of university teachers’ teaching development based on the research project is put forward Content structure covering all the information of teachers’ learning, teaching and research is designed and the whole structure model which involves teacher’s ePortfolio used in the whole process of teaching and research is given Through the application of the teaching practice, it is proved that the new teaching development of ePortfolio is helpful to the process evaluation of teaching and research projects, and it is good for the teaching development of universities’ teachers
