Abstract:

To speed up the sharing of government information resources is regarded as an important way to improve the efficiency of government management and accelerate the decentralization of government Construction of a long-term strategy of government information resources sharing among government departments and breaking the data isolation is an inevitable trend of “Internet plus Government” This paper abstracts the sharing of government information resources as an evolutionary game model between the main body of government management and information resource sharing Based on evolutionary game theory, the mechanism model of the sharing of government information resources is constructed, and the profit and loss factors of the game are analyzed, the payment function of the main body is built up, and then the Evolutionary Stability Strategy (ESS) is researched through establishing the replicator dynamic equation Finally, on the basis of these,  suggestions for promoting the sharing of government information resources are put forward
