Abstract:

In the operation of the supply chain finance, the core enterprises play a vital role in the implementation of supply chain finance business However, there are few literature about core enterprises’ risks of participation, and therefore, based on the literature review and combined with on-the-spot interviews, the risk identification pool related to core enterprises is established, and the questionnaire survey, MIMBI model and ISM structure interpretation model are used to evaluate the risk The results show that the risk of telecom enterprises’ participating in the supply chain finance mainly depends on the suppliers’ financial situation and the banks’ risk system The results can give reference to telecom operators to carry out the supply chain financial service
