摘要/Abstract

摘要： 社交媒体平台开放性强，用户身份具有虚拟性，用户发布信息时存在一定的随意性和隐蔽性。这些特征导致较为严重的虚假信息及网络谣言等现象的出现。对用户而言，如何评估社交媒体平台的信息可信度已成为一个很重要的问题。基于精细加工可能性模型，探讨了社交媒体平台信息的可信度影响因素。以微博、QQ空间及微信朋友圈用户为对象进行问卷调查，运用回归分析法分析所得数据，结果表明：媒体依赖性、互动性、媒体透明性、论据强度和信息质量对信息可信度均具有正向影响作用；知识水平在论据强度与信息可信度的关系中起到正向调节作用，但知识水平在媒体依赖性、互动性、媒体透明性、信息质量与信息可信度的关系中调节作用均不显著。

Abstract: The strong openness feature of social media platform and virtual identity of users on this platform lead to release of information with a certain degree of randomness and concealment Therefore, for information recipients, how to assess the credibility of information on social media platform has become a very important issue Based on elaboration likelihood model (ELM), the factors of influencing information credibility of social media platform are studied Data is collected by a questionnaire survey towards persons who often use Micro-blog, QQ space or WeChat Moments, and then regression analysis is used to analyze the data Results show that media dependency, interaction, media transparency, argument strength and information quality respectively has a positive effect on information credibility Knowledge level positively moderates the relationship between argument strength and information credibility But the moderating effect is not significant, among media dependence, interaction, media transparency respectively and information credibility
