摘要:  基于个体—环境匹配理论,对福州市12所高校的辅导员进行问卷调查,构建Probit二元概率模型,分析新媒体环境与辅导员职业压力之间的关系;探究新媒体下辅导员工作难度与负荷、新媒体技术压力、新媒体负面效应、知识危机、个体因素等变量对辅导员职业压力的边际效应和影响机理。通过测评新媒体环境下高校辅导员职业压力的状况,为缓解辅导员压力提出具体对策建议。

Abstract: Based on the Person-Environment Fit Theory, counselors′ from 12 universities of Fuzhou are investigated through questionnaire, and a Probit model is built to test the relationship between new media environment and counselors′ occupational stress, and margin effect and influence mechanism of new media environment variables to counselors′ occupational stress are explored The variables include difficalties and load of work, pressure of new media technology,  crisis of knowledge, and the negative effect of new media Through analyzing the empirical result and  status of counselors′ occupational stress under new media environment, some countermeasures are proposed to relieve counselors′ occupational stress
