摘要:  随着大数据时代的来临,其信息交互便利性、获取样本全面性等特点将影响科学研究的范式,不仅对自然科学领域研究具有重大影响,对法学实证研究同样具有十分重要的启示。拟引入大数据技术为法学实证研究提供启示,并以大数据分析技术——回归分析、k-近邻以及决策树算法给出具体的实例测算,以指导实践(主要以环境保护公众参与为例)。

Abstract:  Convenience of information exchange and comprehensiveness of information acquisition in big data era will affect the paradigm of scientific research However, big data technology not only has  significant impacts on natural science research, but also has very important implications for the empirical study of law At present, China′s environmental protection public participation system has been implemented for two years, but the effect is in a dilemma The main difficulties lie in the collection of legislation data, high system implementation costs and insufficient effective assessment on legislation. So big data technology is introduced to provide some enlightenment for legislative study and public participation in environmental protection With big data analysis techniques of regression analysis, k-nearest neighbor and decision tree algorithm, specific estimate is given in order to guide the practice
