Abstract:

In order to analyze the influencing factors of the development of the school of Network Education, this article analyzes teachers’qualifications necessarily required in two aspects Based on the analysis, the article further puts forward the necessity of training the teachers of School of Network Education Meanwhile, also the training course is depicted in detail Finally, the importance of ability development after the training is analyzed according to the Training Performance Management Theory, and five policies for improving performance of teachers’ training are proposed
