3G时代电信运营商务模式研究

摘要: 探索了第三代移动通信(3G)时代商务模式的演变或创新,阐述了商务模式的定义。以各种利用3G或全业务特点的商务模式为例,研究并探讨建立以有效竞争为出发点,能够适应动态需求发展与技术进步的新商务模式乃至其形成机制,从而使电信运营业能够获得更经济、更可持续的发展。

Abstract: 3G refers to the third generation of telecommunications standards and technology for mobile networking 3G networks enable network operators to offer users a wider range of more advanced services while achieving greater network capacity through improved spectral efficiency These services include wide-area wireless voice telephony, video calls, and broadband wireless data, all in a mobile environment At present, restructuring brought by 3G of the telecommunication industry helps form a new era in the telecommunication industry in China, called 3G era Knowledge of this new era may facilitate setting up effective business models Based on analysis of the new 3G technology and environment, this article presents a strategic guide to the business model design, and provides some interesting samples for further study
