Abstract: In order to improve the effectiveness of the national conception education of Marxism, and adhere to the principle of integrating theory with practice, with the aid of school education and daily teaching management method, the author adopts the real diagnosis research technique to carry on the inquisition about the national conception education of the basic knowledge trainees The research has proved that the education of ethnic minorities’ conception can not only improve the basic knowledge trainees’ ideological and political quality, enrich humanistic knowledge and enhance cultivation of the humanities, but also implement the party’s national policy and solve the national problem
