Abstract: Creativity is the core quality required for the talented people in the 21 Century, which includes the sense of originality, thinking ability and personality of creativity. We have surveyed some undergraduates at Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications by means of Cattell Sixteen Personality Factors Inventory (16PF) and found that the factors influencing creativity are complex, and what’s more, creativity can be trained through education. However, the key is to carry out the reform of higher education in order to permit and encourage college students to develop their individuality.
