Abstract: Along with the development of mobile telecommunications industry around the globe,the competitions in the telecommmunications market tends to be increaing fierce.This is particual the case in China,where with fast mobility substitution,the competition construct of the market tends to be severely imbalanced.This article analyzes the changes in the macro-environment and industry environment,combines the new restructuring in telecommunications industry and the influence of 3G on full service operations,and finally discusses the opportunities and challenges that China's telecommunications operators face up to.
