Abstract: Educational investment is the key form of human capital investment. The balanced condition of personal education investment is that the margin cost equals to the margin income. Because the margin cost increases successively as the margin income decreases successively, we must take various measures to stimulate individual educational investment so to promote the great development of our educational cause.
